Is it difficult for you to feel grounded in your authentic, adult self? Are you naturally empathic, maybe having been labeled as “too sensitive?" at some point in your life? I support people with anxiety, depression, and trauma navigating transitions, struggles with self-love, relationship issues, and more - through the lens of social justice and the power of radical self acceptance. I believe that shifts come when we are able to connect with all of our parts, even those that feel scary or uncomfortable to touch. Working together, we will sift through what you truly desire & the old messages that might be standing in your way.
