I provide a calm and compassionate environment for individuals to grow and heal. I utilize the idea of holistic well-being and pull from a variety of modalities to assist in the therapeutic process. Some modalities I use often include, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal, Somatic Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
