I have always had a passion for working with underserved populations and those in need. Most of my experience has been with providing therapy to children and adults who have experienced trauma, as well as those who have struggled with anxiety and depression. I aim to create trusting and authentic partnerships between myself and clients on their journey to healing. I strive to utilize an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed approach to create a safe space for all clients to learn, grow, and embrace healthy connection, while acknowledging the impacts of environment and culture.
