I use a client-centered framework of treatment focusing on trauma-informed and strengths-based techniques but am also thoroughly trained in CBT and DBT-informed techniques and am open to a variety of schools of thought to best serve you as the client. I am a queer-identifying therapist specifically trained to work with the LGBTQ population including polyamorous folks.
