I am a passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who values providing a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to be vulnerable and authentically themselves. My experience includes working with a diverse population of families, couples, and children with a range of diagnoses and/or adversities. Recently, I have refined my skills to work with teens and adults ranging in ages from 13 to 60. I utilize a direct approach and value honesty as ways to build a strong therapeutic alliance. This allows the client to receive guidance on functioning successfully, using their own strengths.
