I am a trauma therapist, focusing on work with the LGBTQIA+ community. As a member of the queer community, I am extremely passionate about providing quality, affirming care - the kind of care I wish I had received as a teen or young adult. I approach therapy from a collaborative perspective. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Trauma Focused CBT. I stay up to date on trauma treatment modalities and strive to collaborate with each client in order to come up with an individualized treatment plan targeted to their specific needs.
