I provide a warm, collaborative, and practical approach to therapy, helping people navigate a wide range of challenges in a supportive space. While I maintain a general practice, my specialty is working with children and adults with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I also work with individuals struggling with anxiety and mood disorders, personality disorders, and childhood and developmental concerns. I have experience helping people who are dealing with substance use issues, including those who have developed a dependence on prescription medications but don’t feel they fit into traditional substance abuse programs.
