I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) as well as a Certified Dialectical Behavior therapist (C-DBT). My aim is to provide a friendly, respectful & non-judgmental environment in which clients can safely explore any issue(s) that might bring them to therapy/counseling. I've acquired practical experience throughout the Public, Private & Voluntary sectors of the Mental Health Service, working with people of all different ages, ethnic & cultural backgrounds; I have had many years of experience in helping clients, who feel that they are on the point of no return.
