I often work with clients, who have experienced some type of trauma and are hoping to gain more trust in themselves and regain a sense of control of their lives. I work with both adolescents and adults. Trauma can be many different things, for example physical, emotional or sexual abuse/assault. It can also be a less severe, but challenging life circumstance, such as a complicated relationship, which you struggle managing.
