Saba Butt is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of New York and New Jersey. Saba has worked with diverse client populations in community mental health settings and in-home behavioral support services. She has experience providing individual and family therapy with adults and adolescents. Saba has worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues, and trauma. Her areas of interest include women’s mental health, religious/spiritual identity exploration, and the immigrant experience. Saba utilizes evidence-based practices, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Behavioral Activation (BA), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
