Hello, my name is Sabrina Brown, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I believe that the first step in any change is being able to recognize the issue. With my approach to therapy, we will work together to activate the change you want to see. I create a safe space for us to communicate by being mindful and aware of tone, body language, and openness. I was interested in therapy because I wanted to make an impact in people's lives. I like to allow my clients to use the autonomy of creating goals for themselves while encouraging and guiding the client.
