My ideal client might feel stuck in patterns in their relationships, anxiety, trauma, or emotional distress, and struggling with childhood attachment wounds. They seek a supportive space to heal, build resilience, and develop coping skills. I believe the most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between client and therapist. We heal through skills and evidence based treatment, and we also heal through relationship. We will explore relationship dynamics both in and outside the session.
