Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Behavioral Health Registered Nurse Specialist. I have worked professionally with adults of all ages, college students, athletes, veterans, and professionals for more than 20 years. Throughout my career as a Counseling Therapist and Registered Nurse in behavioral health care, I have had the opportunity to travel domestically and abroad to lecture and lead workshops. In my work with clients, I do not spend much time processing the past. I believe that true healing comes when individuals focus on their present situation to address their current challenges.
