The stressors we face in our everyday lives can have a tremendous impact on our emotions, mood and overall health. In those times of uncertainty and despair, we must be able to rely on our healthy and effective coping skills to manage the many challenges placed upon us. What you may or may not know, is that you possess some of those skills now but may need a little support to help discover them. I specialize in women’s issues and have over 8 years of experience working directly with women of all backgrounds who are at various stages of their lives. Clients can expect to be able to discover effective and healthy skills they already have and build upon those same skills with new ones that will help them achieve their goals.
