Something has started to shift though and you are tired of carrying so much and are ready to feel lighter, calmer and like yourself again. You might even be wanting to meet yourself if you haven't been in touch with her very much. I help busy women break free from emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, and old habits and patterns that keep them stuck in order to find peace, happiness and joy. I'll help you release what is weighing you down to step into your best life! I help women process not just talk about feelings where they might be blocked. I have an Advanced certification in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and use this to help process emotions. This processing allows for the release of negative emotions, relief from pain and supercharges moving forward.
