Life is all about relationships- the one you have with yourself and the ones we share with others- and navigating all sorts of challenging situations. What may seem insurmountable at the time can become attainable as one heals past hurts, gains knowledge and insight and learns new skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. I am passionate about promoting personal growth and resiliency through all types of adversity including grief and loss, trauma, chronic medical/mental health conditions and spiritual struggles. I also provide Clinical Supervision for The Board of Social Work Examiner's in the State of Maryland. I treat from a trauma-informed, strengths-based, insight oriented perspective. With a warm and collaborative and approach, I will partner with you to examine what's preventing you from being the best version of yourself and experiencing a fulfilling life. We will work on healing and developing healthy patterns of relating with yourself, others and God.
