My ideal clients are children, teens, and young adults who are trying to make sense of their feelings and find their footing in the world. They might be coping with anxiety, depression, identity questions, school stress, or challenges related to ADHD or autism. What they want most is to feel understood, supported, and more confident in who they are. Together, we work toward easing the challenging aspects of their day-to-day lives, like worry, sadness, or self-doubt, while building the skills and self-awareness that help them thrive.
