My practice offers a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what you’re going through, develop healthy coping skills, and begin to feel more in control of your life. I specialize in helping individuals who are navigating addiction and recovery; managing anxiety, worry, and stress; and/or living with mental health conditions and seeking support for stability and growth.
