Hello, and thank you for your interest in working together! Reaching out for treatment is a brave, and often difficult, step. I am happy to work with you on your journey to a more fulfilling life! It is my mission to provide a safe, collaborative, and validating environment to promote psychological growth and well-being. My approach to treatment is integrative and utilizes CBT, DBT, and CPT, as well as relational- and insight-oriented approaches. That means that I will use a lot of tools across different approaches to help your immediate concerns, while fostering a therapy relationship to work with you regarding underlying issues.
