Welcome! I’m glad you’re here and considering reaching out for support. I offer evening and weekend appointments to help make therapy accessible. I work with transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse adults who are worn down by the cumulative impact of minority stress, gender dysphoria, trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship strain. I also help those who wish to transition navigate that experience. In addition, I work with family members to gain understanding and learn how to support their transgender loved one. My approach is non-judgmental and compassionate. I specialize in gender-affirming therapy for transgender and gender-diverse adults. My work integrates evidence-based approaches with an affirming, non-pathologizing stance. As a transgender man, I bring both lived experience and clinical training to this work, while remaining grounded in your unique needs, values, and goals.
