Have you ever felt like the hits just keep on coming and the suffering seems relentless? You are not alone. I believe life is like a stained glass window. While, the broken pieces of glass are painfully sharp and seem purposeless, these shattered pieces are made beautiful when held in the light. Personally, I believe in the context of therapeutic relationship, brokenness can begin to be restored. As a counselor, I value safety and relational connection which I actively integrate in my sessions. I specialize in joining those with complex trauma, body image struggles, anxiety disorders, depression, grief and loss.
