After more than 20 years of talking with people who are struggling with their lives both individually and in relationships, I am very aware of what helps people find their way. In part it is educational, helping to give an understanding of how our minds work. Knowledge is power. It is also, in part, helping to people to discover their own voice, their sense of self and the power they have to create the kind of life they wish to lead. We all have an innate desire to be fully human. I see it as my task to help people discover their humanity.
