I believe that therapy should be a place where you feel deeply seen and supported while also being challenged to grow. My background in both clinical and community-based work has shown me how healing happens when people have access not just to tools, but to relationships built on trust and authenticity. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in couples therapy—helping partners strengthen intimacy, rebuild trust, and communicate more openly. My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in social justice values. I want each client to feel that their experiences are honored and that therapy is a space free from judgment or pressure to “perform.”
