I help people, particularly those who are perfectionists, people-pleasers, and high achievers, often facing high anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing tendencies, and challenges with disordered eating or poor body image. Using evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT, I help address these issues by identifying and modifying maladaptive thought patterns. Through our work together, my clients challenge negative thoughts effectively, reduce anxiety and depression, adopt healthier coping strategies, and cultivate self-compassion.
