Growing up in India, I saw how mental health was rarely talked about and how few safe spaces existed for people to share openly. This inspired me to create a therapeutic space grounded in trust, honesty, and compassion—where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is curative, and that meaningful healing happens when you feel safe to bring your whole self into the room. My work is collaborative, helping you navigate transitions, explore identity, and build healthier relationships with yourself and others. I work with adults exploring identity, life changes, and neurodivergence.
