As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples and families. I have experience working with individuals aged 18 and older exhibiting diverse mental health issues and life challenges such as depression, anxiety, relational issues, occupational stressors, domestic violence and addictive behaviors. I honestly believe that it requires a lot from an individual to overcome his/her vulnerability in seeking help. I try my best to honor the lived experiences of the people I serve by being sensitive to their socio-economic status, family of origin issues, cultural and spiritual values as they unfold in therapy.
