I’m a therapist dedicated to holistic, person-centered care, supporting individuals as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I work with teens (12+) and adults to explore the deeper roots of emotional distress, identify patterns that may be holding them back, and create space for meaningful, lasting change. I have a special passion for women’s mental health and am committed to helping women thrive amidst the unique social and cultural pressures they face. My goal is to offer a safe, compassionate space where healing, growth, and self-discovery can unfold at your own pace.
