Deciding to make changes in your life takes courage and motivation. My approach incorporates the latest research in the treatment of a wide range of anxiety, depression and relationship problems. You can expect a straightforward, supportive environment to discuss and implement your treatment goals. While I primarily use cognitive-behavioral approaches, I value the mind-body connection and am open to newer holistic and integrated therapies. I have received specialized training in Exposure/Response Prevention from NOCD. As a psychologist with extensive child, adolescent and adult training and experience I can work with all ages.
