I feel honored to work with individuals who are motivated to explore issues, establish goals for change, and take restorative steps toward stress reduction and inner peace. I am a licensed clinical social worker who focuses on reintegrating our broken parts. I am also a Zen Teacher (Sensei) and teacher of meditation. I believe returning to one's original self is key to entering life's many challenges. I specialize in anxiety, depression and grief work in acceptance of life stages including loss, divorce and aging. It is a humbling honor to enter this exploration and journey with clients that enter my practice.
