I enjoy working with children (9+) adolescents, and adults to develop conflict resolution skills, communication skills, emotion regulation skills, social skills, impulse control, self-exploration, and self-esteem building skills. I specialize in an Eclectic holistic approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and other treatment approaches. I am a Board Approved Supervisor and I strive to help people explore and develop their strengths in an effort to empower them to confidently manage symptoms as well as challenges that present in life. View 4 Photos I live, work, and am licensed to practice in Florida, but I have been employed by a B-Corp based in Minnesota called Catalyst Mental Health for many years. Currently I am only available for telehealth appointments, but I will be opening an office for in-person appointments in the Lake Mary area of Florida in the near future.
