I am passionate about working with children and adults who are dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, and losses as well as past trauma. Growing up as a cross-culture individual, I understand the challenges of identity issues, acculturation, and generational trauma as immigrant. Given my background, I also enjoy helping professionals to manage stress, anxiety, and increase productivity, creativity in a high-intensity working environment.
