Hello, I’m an integrative therapist and life coach. I offer an authentic and non-judgemental space for you to reconnect with your Self and be guided by inner wisdom in your journey of healing, growth and evolvement. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger, grief, transitions and relationship issues. I also support couples and families using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused therapy (EFT).
