English | español At Salt and Light, we offer compassionate counseling for individuals, couples, and children ages 8 and up facing trauma, relationship challenges, and life stressors. Our trauma-informed approach creates a safe, supportive space to process past experiences, strengthen emotional connection, and build healthier relationships. We tailor therapy to each client’s needs, helping individuals and families move toward healing, resilience, and meaningful change. We are a small private practice with 4 female therapists that are happy to provide a phone consultation and help along the journey towards whole healing.
