Asking for help has to be one of the hardest things to do, but taking that first step shows great strength and a desire to grow. I focus on creating a warm, welcoming environment for clients of all backgrounds to feel comfortable in the therapeutic environment. As a clinician, building trust and creating a sense of safety is my top priority. I currently specialize in anxiety, addiction/recovery, depression, marital concerns, and family conflict.
