Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship stress, family issues, or just feeling stuck, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’m here to help you move forward in a way that feels authentic and respectful of your unique path and experiences. I offer compassionate, culturally responsive therapy for clients 8+ in Louisiana, in-person and online. Whether through talk or creative tools, I meet you where you are. My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and honoring your unique story—so you feel truly seen, supported, and safe.
