Taking a collaborative approach, I create a warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental space where we can explore aspects of your life that are calling to your attention. We'll work to identify places you’re feeling stuck, draw connections between past and present, and unearth the wisdom and healing potential within you. Along the way, we'll consider the stories you carry, your somatic experience, and whatever arises for you in the moment, all in service of coming into deeper relationship with yourself.
