Welcome! I'm a graduate student at Palo Alto University, working towards my Master's in Clinical Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and eventual licensure. I have over 10 years of experience working with children from infancy through adolescence, as well as over 7 years working with older adults. Many of those years included working with individuals in the neurodivergent community and those with disabilities. In counseling, my goal is to create an environment that is safe for you to explore your emotions with self-compassion, examine the stories you've been telling yourself, and empower you to heal.
