I am a trauma specialist providing virtual appointments throughout NY, Oregon and Florida and in person appointments in Western NY. I specialize in Dissociative Disorders, Complex Trauma, Body Liberation and ADHD evaluations. I incorporate social justice into my work because I believe we cannot ethically treat a client without acknowledging the systems and culture they grew up in. So, my ideal client is open to or actively seeking a therapist that understands systemic issues directly impact our individual mental health. As a trauma specialist, I help clients identify how their past informs their current thoughts, feelings and behaviors. We practice skills together in real time to help you feel more in control and calm. We incorporate trauma reprocessing to heal the wounds that created your uncomfortable thoughts and feelings to begin with!
