I believe relationships are built on genuine connections, trust, understanding, and an openness to transform. My hope is to cultivate a relationship where collaboration is the foundation of our work and help you reach your fullest potential. Through compassion and grace, my hope is to help get you there. As a proud bilingual Latina, my passion lies in working with BIPOC adolescents, individuals, and families to decolonize therapy and work through systemic oppression. Our work together will dive into how our past is connected to our present, and can influence not only how we see ourselves, but also how our futures are impacted. In my practice, clients are able to tell their story in ways that feel most appropriate for them. I employ person centered, cognitive behavioral and narrative therapy to get to the root of the issue through exploring our whys and how it impacts our behaviors and sense of self.
