Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate their unique journeys toward emotional well-being! I am trained in several psychotherapy modalities which include cognitive-behavioral therapy, strength-based therapy, and trauma-informed care. I focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences. Having earned my master’s in social work from New Mexico Highlands University, I have over 5 years of experience in individual therapy settings, child welfare, and community mental health.
