Hello! I am Sam, a grief-informed Therapist at Center for Compassion. I am licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, and am a member of the American Counseling Association. I was drawn to mindfulness practices following the death of my beloved brother, Zach, and wished to share their healing potential with others, receiving certification in Compassionate Bereavement Care in Yoga through the MISS Foundation in 2017. Additionally, I became a certified Compassionate Bereavement Care provider in 2023. My passion for human rights and advocacy also informs my therapeutic approaches.
