I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and School Psychologist that specializes in trauma and loss, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, other mood disorders, as well as psycho-educational testing for special education consideration. I utilize a psychotherapeutic approach with adolescents and young adults (age 16 and up). I also am a Registered Yoga Teacher, and offer private therapeutic yoga sessions. (RYT-200). Additionally, my golden retriever, Lilo, is a registered therapy dog; we can offer animal assisted therapy during our sessions if desired!
