I am a compassionate and experienced licensed mental health counselor in Iowa and a licensed professional counselor in Georgia. I believe in building a strong rapport with clients and letting them know they always have choices in their life. I believe that everyone has strengths, and it is my hope to help individuals grow and be someone who they are proud of. I have spent the last 5 years working as a school-based therapist treating elementary to high school age individuals who are experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, and life transitions. I also have experience working with adults who are preparing for bariatric surgery.
