I offer support to birthing & non-birthing parents who are working through infertility and IVF, preparing and adjusting to parenthood and experiencing challenges postpartum. I also have passion to help individuals navigate career; which can include shifting one's career, pausing or returning to the work place. No matter the topic, I offer a supportive space to help you thrive. I believe we all have the potential to live happy lives with balance and purpose. I also believe that we each have within us the ability to find strength, learn from difficult situations and create unique paths towards happiness. My mission is to provide counseling in a safe and non-judgmental environment, in which you can feel heard/seen, reduce feelings of isolation, learn about yourself, experience growth, and find your best path forward.
