I am a board certified and licensed art therapist with 20+ years of experience working with youth/teens, adults, and families. I use a creative approach to support my clients in understanding their thoughts and emotions and work with them to build skills that will allow them better to cope, communicate, socialize, and achieve their goals. Clients often work on goals related to emotional regulation, executive function, interpersonal challenges, family dynamics, and learning crucial skills for successful daily living.
