The grass is greener where you water it. As a therapist, I believe that the effort you put into yourself, and relationships, directly correlates to the way you perceive the world around you and your experiences. I believe that caring for your mental health and spending energy intentionally are just a few ways that our perceptions and connections can be refined and enriched. In my work, and my everyday life, I emphasize creating meaningful connections with others and improving the relationship with oneself. This may include self-care, self-talk, inner-child work, exploration of values, relationships with others, and so much more.
