Liberation and freedom starts with ourselves, and I’m grateful your curiosity has led you here. I value open heartedness, curiosity, and compassion as foundations for client-centered healing. In this work, I’ve found that clients often show up to therapy with high insight around their symptoms, but frustration because their knowledge hasn’t led to long-term changes. In a world where people feel they need to choose between intellectual knowing versus having and expressing their feelings, I offer a third choice, integrating the wisdom of the heart. It’s my privilege to support you in uncovering your body’s organic inner wisdom. Clients seek treatment with me for trauma, chronic illness, eating disorders, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. I approach therapy through a relational, intersectional, and decolonizing lens. I use a blend of bottom up and top down approaches, such as somatic work (I am currently a Hakomi student), IFS informed tx, polyvagal theory, & MI, & CBT when indicated.
