As part of the natural human experience, we will all have struggles, and what we really need most is someone who truly understands and supports you without judgment. Unfortunately, many of us don’t always have someone in our lives who can fulfill that need. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe to heal, grow and gain the tools and insight to manage your mental health on your own!. Growth is nonlinear, and anything can trigger mental health symptoms to appear or intensify. Therapy shouldn't be forever, but I strive to be present and available for those moments you need someone the most.
