I am passionate about helping clients recognize and heal from their trauma and stressors by strengthening their mind-body connection. I work with clients who want to learn to love and appreciate the body they are in and free themselves from the impacts of trauma. I believe in meeting clients where they are at, meaning we will only work on goals that the client feels ready for. Therapy is a partnership, where clients and clinicians should be putting in equal work. Whether it is dealing with a difficult relationship, new life transitions, or forms of trauma, I will encourage my client to play an active role in their own healing.
