The thought of starting therapy can feel uncertain and uncomfortable. My therapy practice is fueled by my passion for helping others through life’s twists and turns in a safe, empathetic and non-judgemental atmosphere. My main objective, while helping clients reach their goals, is to provide a safe space so they can explore parts they didn’t get to, but want to. I connect best with depressed and anxious adults and angsty teenagers as young as 14.
